PT Bumi Daya Plaza, a company within the PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk group, is currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents.

Job Description:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance and support to passengers during their travel journey.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues raised.

Qualifications:

  • Female, maximum 25 years old.
  • Graduated from SMK/SMA/D3 in Tourism, Aviation, Airline, or related fields.
  • Good looking with a proportional body.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferably living in DKI Jakarta or surrounding areas.
  • Willing to work at PT Bumi Daya Plaza's partner location.
  • No recruitment fees involved.
